Healthy skin is a woman's dream. Including myself. I often struggle with acne especially during or close to the menstrual cycle. Well, everyone will have their own skin concerns or issues. I believe, healthy foods give our skin nutrients it needs. It is time to eat more healthy foods for healthier skin.

Don't feel discouraged or stress when we have acne, fine lines, dark circle, or even dark spot. Actually, that is the alarm that we should take more precaution and care about our skin. Naturally, the skin will age itself, what we can do is pamper our skin with good foods, nutrients, and proper skincare.

So, are there any of the foods you consume daily??? I think it must be any of them right? Each of the foods delivers nutrients needed for healthy #skin. Our skin needs vitamins, healthy fat, antioxidants, etc to prevent skin damage or heal skin issues.
