Smoothies can be addicted to some individuals. Well, not for me, as difficult to change eating "nasi" for every meal. But, it's good for a quick, easy, tasty yet healthy breakfast and snacks. A well-prepared #smoothie can be delicious, healthy and nutritious. These 5 smoothies contain anti-inflammatory ingredients that help you to fight inflammation.


Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric and Ginger Smoothie

  • We normally use turmeric to frying fish, "masak lemak", etc. Guess what, we can drink it also, and surprisingly, It's delicious. Try drink Golden Milk and you will love this smoothie also. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant.
