I always have no ideas for breakfast. Sometimes, end up buying breakfast at the small stall near my house or at 7 eleven, just grab bread, kuih, nasi lemak etc. This habits are totally unhealthy and if it persist everyday, I will ended up gain weight. . Smoothie is a great option for a lazy me and busy mornings. Well, below are 5 great smoothies for breakfast that are nutritious and delicious.

Chocolate and peanut butter are my favourite food. I am not sure if this two ingredients trigger my acne. Anyway, this smoothie is my favourite well if I have avocado to make. I agree with the author that there are no limits to what you can do with smoothies. You can transform your favourite dessert taste to smoothie in healthier way. Cinnamon is great to regulate blood glucose level and if you on diabetic diet make sure not to put extra sweetener and limit to one serving of fruit per smoothies. Cinnamon that give extra kick and flavor to the smoothie.
