Most Malaysian love sushi. Honestly, Malaysian love all food from other countries, including these cute and tasty sushi.



There is various kind of sushi. Well, it's quite difficult to count because people keep inventing a new style of sushi. Anyways, since it is a lot, you can choose one that tasty for your bud. Not to mention, sushi can be a healthy snack or meal as part of your balanced diet. Make sure you choose sushi with added vegetables, healthy protein sources, and carbohydrates. Minimal sauce during eating also should be count.

That is one of the easy sushi to make. If you are vegan, you can replace egg roll with tempe. I tried using fried tempe(ginger, garlic & light soy sauce) and it is delicious. As for beginners in making sushi, you should use a bamboo mat. It is easy to roll the sushi. I bought it at DIY only. Nori sheet you can buy at the supermarket or online. Choose the one with less #sodium and no additives, flavoring for healthier choices.


Roll the sushi

Allow the roll to sit for a minute before cutting it. You can use this time to make your next roll. This waiting period allows the nori to slightly moisten from the rice, which makes it less likely to tear.

As you know how to roll the #sushi then you can make sushi according to your choice. There are a variety of sushi you can make. I would recommend you to replace tuna or sardine for egg and change cucumber with #avocado. Well, it depends on you.
