Mango Carrot Ginger Smoothie

A sweet and milky smoothie that we everyone should try. While reading the today's dietitian magazine I found this recipes feature in the soy milk section.


Mango is one of my favorite fruit. Usually, I will buy at pasar malam or Aeon grocery. There is many types of mango. Yet, the color also different. This variety of mango also come with different flavor. And as for me, i loved the sweet taste one.


The Recipe


Serve 2


Ingredients

1 mango, peeled, sliced into chunks

1 ⁄2 orange, peeled, quartered

1 large carrot, sliced into large chunks

11 ⁄2 cups soymilk, plain

1 1-inch piece peeled fresh ginger

6 ice cubes


Directions

1. Place all ingredients in the container of a blender and process until smooth.

2. Pour into two glasses.

I would say this smoothie is great for breakfast and snack. High in fiber, protein and vitamin also.
