I totally agree that #cinnamon adds a wonderful spices to the oats and apple and cinnamon really good combination. Cinnamon also good to go in chocolate meal such as hot chocolate. I start to imagine having a cup of hot chocolate right now. Plus, cinnamon can help to lower blood sugar levels which is good if your meal high in carbs or sugar. Shhh, if you are diabetic also.
